As a qualified independent valuer of 40 years standing, specialising in fine art and antiques, Andrew Acquier acts as an expert witness in providing court reports for matters involving probate, tax/asset and insurance valuation disputes. Particular specialisations include contemporary art and rock ‘n roll memorabilia.
Andrew has many years experience of compiling reports for litigious cases, several of which have necessitated a subsequent court appearance as an expert witness to argue quantum.
Many of his expert witness instructions involve divorce settlement, often as a single joint expert where the acceptance of the report by both sides removes the expense of unnecessary court appearances.
