Mr Michael Saab is a Consultant in Accident and Emergency Medicine. He has been a consultant for 24 years and remains in active clinical practice.
Mr Saab has prepared medical negligence reports for claimants and defendants dealing with all aspects of standard of care received in the Accident and Emergency Department. He currently has a claimant defendant split of 60:40 and has prepared multiple Joint reports.
He has extensive experience of meeting with Counsel - face to face, remotely or via telephone - and has also assisted the Coroner as an expert witness.
He provides reports dealing with all aspects of standard of care in the Accident and Emergency Medicine.
Mr Saab has prepared medical negligence reports dealing with standard of care in the Accident and Emergency Department in the UK, Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and Hong Kong. He has prepared joint reports nationally and internationally.
He is a member of Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA) and in February 2020 was an invited speaker on medical negligence matters.
