Mr Rob Hearne is a chartered quantity surveyor specialising in expert witness evidence and Part 35 reports, dispute resolution, adjudication support, commercial support, construction cost estimating and procurement advice.

He is a RICS Registered Expert Witness and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

With over 30 years of experience working on projects ranging from £500,000 to £120 million, Mr Hearne has extensive project and dispute experience including giving evidence in Crown Court and other Tribunals.
