Chartered Quantity Surveyor
A founding partner of Overford, Jason Sharp has been in the industry for over 23 years as a quantity surveyor and more recently a quantum expert.
Jason has attained an LLM in Construction Law, Adjudication and Arbitration and a BSc in Quantity Surveying. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Associate Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
His background is in the UK contracting industry and for over 23 years he has worked as a Legal and Commercial Manager for large building and civil engineering companies and within the consultancy sector.
Jason is an experienced Party Representative, UKA Panel Adjudicator and a RICS Certified Expert Witness.

Jason has been instructed on more than 20 occasions in the past five years on matters relating to quantum. The scope and breadth of the expert appointments include appointments by instructing solicitors, parties directly and acting as a court appointed single joint expert. The instructions have been to provide CPR Part 35 compliant reports in litigation. The values of the disputes have ranged from £30,000 to over £20m.
All reports are CPR Part 35 compliant, easy to read and logically structured so as to provide a clear logical analysis of the subject matter.
