Michael Schendel started SelectSurv Ltd in January 2015 after working for many years for small, medium and large scale surveying firms. As an experienced surveyor with over 13 years’ experience, he specialises in surveys and valuations for residential and commercial clients, investors and private individuals and is a Registered Valuer.
He can act as an expert witness, including the preparation of expert reports and appearing in court, providing valuation advice to solicitors and clients in a variety of property disputes, including matrimonial proceedings and housing disrepair.
