Mr Lee Sporle is a qualified building service engineer and a construction delay analyst with over 35 years’ experience, 29 of which have been in the Middle East working across sectors including residential property, hospitality and leisure, retail, transportation and logistics, healthcare, oil and gas, industrial and heavy civil engineering.
Mr Sporle has been appointed as an independent expert several times. He has provided expertise on the specific claims and counterclaims related to extensions of time, delay, time, planning and programming that have been pleaded and evidenced by the parties in the proceedings. He has given oral evidence under oath and been cross-examined.
