As founder of LHW Partnership LLP, Mr James Hoare has been involved with the engineering aspects of the provision of expert advice in solar PV, battery storage, wind, renewable heating systems and high voltage engineering systems since 2018. This expertise comes from continual engineering experience in power engineering and renewable energy systems since 1985 and 1991 respectively, from a manufacturing, construction, consultative and innovation perspective.
The accumulation of technical knowledge over these years provided an immense amount of learned expertise. This knowledge, supplemented by formal expert witness training, allows him to undertake expert witness instructions, including the preparation of expert reports and giving evidence in court, in cases related to:
