Nick Gaiger is a Director of Elevation Surveyors and a Chartered Surveyor with over thirty years of experience working in the private and corporate sector, and has completed many hundreds of expert witness reports on Housing Disrepair.

His specialist areas of expertise include:

• Social Housing Disrepair, (instructed by either Landlord or Tenants legal advisors).
• Damp and mould issues, defect diagnosis.
• Identification of specific timber decay and necessary remedial measures.
• Costing of repair works
• Subsidence and settlement claims
• Preparation of reports in accordance with Practice Direction 35.

Elevation Surveyors have a dedicated support team to arrange book and confirm appointments, and report on progress to the appointing parties, keeping them updated at every step of the process.
