Mr Ivan Button is the director and principal consultant of Crown Tree Consultancy and, since its formation, has made bespoke arboricultural report writing the cornerstone of his practice. Ivan has written innumerable arboricultural reports for the purposes of development, safety, estate management, mortgages, subsidence and mitigation.
Crown Tree Consultancy Ltd provides legal and expert witness evidence in all tree related matters, including claims for damage relating to tree roots, fallen branches or negligent tree surveyors. They can also assist with legal issues relating to personal injury claims resulting from tree branches falling, tree climbing accidents and any other tree-related litigation.
Expert witness instructions, including the preparation of expert reports and giving evidence in court, are undertaken on behalf of either claimant or defendant, in cases relating to:

Mr Button has undertaken extensive training provided by Bond Solon, including Excellent in Report Writing, Civil Law and Procedure, Courtroom Skills, and Cross Examination. He successfully passed all elements and was awarded the prestigious University of Cardiff Expert Witness Certificate.
