Dental Expert Witness
Dr Simon Assor is a highly experienced dental practitioner with 30 years of clinical expertise since graduating from Leeds University Medical and Dental School in 1993. His career encompasses a successful dental practice in Radlett, Hertfordshire, and he holds a Master of Science degree from the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute and University College London in Restorative Dental Practice.
In recent years, Dr Assor has established himself as a proficient dental expert witness, specialising in a wide range of reports, including screening, current condition and prognosis, and breach of duty and causation.
Dr Assor has a wide range of knowledge of clinical standards and is capable of identifying risk and has a good understanding of the law and its implications in dental practice.
He has completed the full Bond Solon Expert Witness Course, demonstrating excellence in report writing, courtroom skills, cross examination and civil law and procedure and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Dr Assor currently works full-time in dental practice and splits his time to allow for dento-legal work.
