What do we do?

Occupational Therapy (OT) is the practice of empowering people to overcome barriers preventing them from doing the activities that matter to them, and facilitating recovery. Our support increases people's independence and satisfaction in all aspects of life.

This allows our clients to get back to the practical and purposeful activities that give us all independence and identity. This can range from day-to-day tasks, self-care, work, leisure, or other hobbies and interests.

Think about your day-to-day life; would you be able to cope or live fully if you didn’t have access to the internet? Or couldn’t get out of bed in the morning?

Our Expert OTs work with adults and children of all ages with a wide range of conditions; most commonly those who have difficulties due to mental health issues, physical impairments, or learning disabilities. We can work in a variety of settings including health organisations, social care services, housing, education, voluntary organisations, or as independent practitioners.

Simply put: we provide care and occupational therapy services.
