Expert Witness to the Fitted Kitchen and Bathroom Industries

Jerry Ponder has over 43 years’ experience of design and installation of fitted kitchens and other fitted installations, giving him the expertise needed to act as an expert witness in the fitted interiors industry. His specific sphere of expertise is in the product, design, installation, and project management standards of fitted kitchen and bathroom projects.

He is experienced in both preparing documents for the court and in giving written and oral evidence in court.

He provides the following services:

• Site visits and independent reports on fitted interiors anywhere in the UK
• Valuation of installation work done or yet to be done, e.g. remedials
• Mediation service to aid dispute resolution between the parties
• Meetings with Counsel and other experts

Mr Ponder can act on behalf of either Claimant or Defendant or as a Single Joint Expert. All his work is governed by and complies with Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules.
