Consultant Orthopaedic Spinal Surgeon
Mr Bhalla qualified in 2005, and has been in practice for 15 years. He is working as a full time Consultant Orthopaedic surgeon specialising in Spinal Surgery. He has training and expertise in all forms of Orthopaedics, and Spinal surgery. As he is fellowship trained working in a tertiary referral centre as part of a major trauma centre (MTC) within the NHS, he is well suited to giving expert opinions on a variety of spinal conditions.

He has engaged in formal training in report writing and has successfully completed the Cardiff University Bond Solon Expert Witness Certificate, including training on report writing, courtroom skills and cross-examination in court; and examinations on civil procedure and law.
Furthermore, he has a passion for a deeper understanding of medical law and has now completed a formal qualification, the LLM at Cardiff University, the "Legal Aspects of Medical Practice". He has completed the 3-year program, with a specialized dissertation in spinal surgery and surgical consent. He is also a lecturer at Keele University and participates in the teaching of undergraduate students in medical ethics and healthcare law. He is also now studying part-time for the Capsticks Diploma in clinical risk and claims management.
He is willing to accept instruction on the full range of spinal conditions listed above. He is the managing director of Zenith Medicolegal LTD, and take instruction on negligence, medical malpractice, personal injury, liability and causation reports, and surgical errors, in all fields of Orthopaedic and Spinal surgery.
