Dr Ian Perry is a medical consultant specialising in occupational medicine and aviation.
Dr Perry acts as an expert witness, including the preparation of medico-legal reports and appearing in court, in both clinical negligence and personal injury cases. These include cases involving accidents at work and work related injuries due to long term exposure to chemicals, noise and vibration.
He has provided evidence for government agencies following serious aircraft accidents, and as a Home Office referee he has worked to resolve numerous medical appeals and disputes.
Dr Perry has investigated accidents and incidents of almost every description - most notably in the aviation industry, including the Manchester Boeing fire which he investigated on the behalf of the airfield insurers.
