Mr Kim provides a broad spectrum of treatments from simple procedures, such as removal of minor skin lesions, to some of the most advanced cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures provided anywhere. His expertise includes a complete range of facial surgeries, (including oculoplastic eyelid procedures), breast surgeries, body contouring, and microsurgical reconstructions.
He qualified in Medicine from Edinburgh University in 1997. He subsequently trained at Glasgow, Manchester, Cambridge and Oxford teaching hospitals. In the latter stages he completed the Higher Specialist Plastic surgery program on the Cambridge University rotation, obtaining the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England FRCS(Plast) in 2012.
Given both his broad and specialist training, Mr Kim is happy to see and manage the full range of Plastic and Reconstructive problems.
Mr Kim welcomes instructions for medicolegal reports, both in the areas of Personal injury and Clinical Negligence. He undertakes Expert Witness work in Plastic Surgery, Hand Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery. These often involve cases of scarring, burns, hand injuries and lower limb injuries. He also accepts all clinical / medical negligence instructions in the field of Plastic and cosmetic surgery.
