Dr B David Cohen has completed over 2000 expert witness reports over the past 30 years. The majority of these have been in the last 15-20 years since the introduction of the Woolf Reforms and following his formal training on the Cardiff University Expert Witness Certification course.

Dr Cohen can take instructions on behalf of either claimant or defendant or as a Single Joint Expert. His training and experience also include court/tribunal procedures and cross examination.
Dr Cohen now consults in Manchester, Crewe and Nottingham. In certain circumstances he can also carry out consultations remotely if appropriate.
