Mr Glenn Lyons has 40 years experience as an expert witness, including the preparation of expert reports and appearing in court.
He can act on behalf of either claimant or defendant or as a SIngle Joint Expert in cases involving the assessment and treatment of hair and scalp damage caused by permanent waving, tinting and other chemical processes undertaken by haidressing salons, as well as scalp tissue injuries caused by car or industrial accidents.
He is also prepared to consider medical malpractice or negligence cases relating to hair transplantation and cosmetic surgery.
Mr Lyons qualified from the Institute of Trichologists in 1968 and served as a governor for 10 years. He has been a practising consultant at the Philip Kingsley Clinic since qualifying and is Clinical Director.
He has had clinical research papers published in peer reviewed medical and scientific Journals culminating in being awarded a Fellowship of the Institute of Trichologists in 2004. He is regularly invited to lecture on hair loss and scalp conditions and has also made numerous TV appearances and is frequently presenting on radio.
Mr Lyons is a member of the Royal Society of Medicine and the Society of Cosmetic Scientists also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health.
Consultations are also available in West Sussex, particularly at weekends. VAT is not applicable at this address.
