Professor Norman Noah is a Professor of Public Health based in London. He has a vast experience in the epidemiology of infectious disease and undertakes expert witness instructions in cases relating to his specialist areas of expertise, which include:
Professor Noah has acted for Cadbury’s in a recent salmonella incident as an epidemiologist, and in several food poisoning incidents affecting large numbers of persons. He helped win a case in Reading, acting for a nursery accused of causing food poisoning, after being cross examined in court for the equivalent of one full day.
Professor Noah has also acted as an expert witness in the Godstone E coli O157 incident, and the Fat Duck outbreak.
