ALP Care Consulting can act as expert witnesses in assessing a claimant's care needs after an injury or accident. Although they deal with all levels of injury or illness, ranging from minor whiplash and workplace accidents, they specialise in severe life changing injury such as spinal cord injury, brain injury, amputations and catastrophic trauma.

Amanda Pocknell is a professional graduate nurse with 34 years’ experience in the NHS, Private, Private Medical Insurance and Medico-legal healthcare sectors. For the past 19 years she has worked in the Insurance/Medico legal sector as a Hospital Accounts Auditor, Managed Care Clinical Nurse Advisor, Nurse Expert Witness and Rehabilitation Case Manager. She has completed Bond Solon courses in Report Writing and Court Room Skills.

An appointment can usually be arranged within 2 to 4 weeks of instruction subject to the injured party being available. A report will be provided within 4 to 6 weeks of the assessment subject to all relevant information being available.
