Mr Hugh Henderson qualified as a doctor in 1970 and started training in plastic surgery in 1978. He also undertook additional training in the fields of orthopaedics, neurosurgery, ENT and eye surgery.
He has experience in all forms of cosmetic surgery and has carried out most of the modern techniques available today. Having retired from NHS practice in 2006, Mr Henderson continues in medico-legal practice having stopped clinical work in 2020.
He undertakes a considerable amount of medico-legal work and can act as an expert witness in negligence cases involving most fields of plastic and cosmetic surgery and pressure sores. Other areas of expertise included burns, head and genital surgery.
Mr Henderson can act on behalf of either claimant or defendant or as a Single Joint Expert and is experienced in giving evidence in court.
