EurIng Prof. David A Cooper MBE has been trained in the legal aspects of report writing and giving evidence in court. He can take instructions in personal injury and professional negligence cases relating to mechanical engineering, including:
• Materials handling technology • Lifting and handling machinery • Lifts, escalators and hoists • Moving walks
Mr Cooper can act for either claimant or defendant or as a Single Joint Expert. He has given evidence in civil and criminal cases and at the coroners court
