Mr Ajit Ambekar is able to produce expert witness reports and give evidence in court in his specialist areas of expertise which include:
Orthopaedics and Trauma - Bone and Joint injuries, Muscle-tendons, peripheral nerves and soft-tissue injuries.
He also has extensive experience in management of fractures in adults and children (except fixation of certain type of pelvic and cervical spine fractures).
Mr Ambekar can act for either claimant or defendant and is also trained as a Single Joint Expert (current ratio 80:15:5).
His reports are in compliance of CPR 35, corresponding Practice Directions and the Civil Justice Council Protocol for Expert Witnesses.
He is also able to provide % evaluation of Permanent Physical Impairment, ‘DASH’ score and the Judicial College Guidelines Category of Disability for international jurisdictions if so instructed.
In addition to London, he is prepared to undertake reasonable travel if necessary. Practice Jurisdictions: UK, Ireland and Western Europe.
