Alan Ross is a qualified chartered textile technologist and chartered colourist, experienced in many sectors of the textile industry including fibre analysis, fire safety, product safety assessment, fitness for purpose and product specification.
Mr Ross has acted as an expert witness for over 20 years and is experienced in the preparation of documentation for submission to the courts and in the giving of evidence including to a jury. In addition he has given evidence in legal cases heard under the jurisdiction of other countries.He can take on cases on behalf of either claimant or defendant or as a Single Joint Expert.
Mr Ross has been involved in many civil and criminal cases and customs tribunals covering different aspects of product testing and performance - including physical performance, chemical behaviour, flammability and product safety.
