As a registered expert witness, we are at liberty to represent you if you so desire. TMC have represented numerous clients within the various levels of the British judicial system and have been very successful across the board.
Tachograph Analysis
Our company can either collect your tachographs or carry out the downloads, analyse the charts or the data and return the charts to you or store the RAW Data files securely on our secure computer systems. You will receive a full analysis of the tachograph information, detailing any errors, infringements or omissions by your employees. Our reports also cover analysis of the Working Time Directive, Road Transport Directive.
Accident Investigation
From the smallest moped to the largest lorry, our team of accident investigators can reconstruct or advise on all aspects of vehicle collision, whether on the road, site or in a yard.
We offer a full range of services. These include site visits, scene analysis and photography, vehicle examinations and accurate plans drawn to scale.
Hazardous Chemical Assistance – Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser
We are qualified in the implementation of The Transport of Dangerous Goods (Safety Advisers) Regulations 1999.
The onus is on the company to appoint a DGSA safety advisor - we can help with this.
