Aidan Fitzgerald undertakes medico-legal reports both in the areas of personal injury and medical negligence. His medical negligence work is split 50:50 between claimant and defendant.
He has the facility to see clients for medico-legal work in Sheffield, Doncaster, Nottingham, Leeds, London and Manchester at the following venues.
For those clients unable to attend hospital he can arrange domiciliary visits.
He can usually see clients within a few weeks of instruction and would expect to complete a report in 2-3 weeks.
