Modules included ‘Introduction to Healthcare Law and Ethics’, ‘Patient Safety, Quality and Professional Regulation in Health’, ‘Medical Negligence’, ‘Expert Evidence’, ‘Coroner's Law’, and ‘Consent and Incapacitated Patients’. Mr Kumar has also attended Bond Solon training.
Mr Kumar has a significant number of publications in peer-reviewed journals. He has also contributed to the peer-review of research articles for various orthopaedic journals, and this experience helps him to look more critically at research material.
