We understand the requirements of the Mental Capacity Act, 2005 (MCA) and other legal frameworks that guide decisions not covered under the MCA.
In the current COVID climate, we are offering video assessments. Where face to face visits are necessary, we visit the client where it’s suitable for them, so client’s do not have to travel. If a client prefers to be seen at our base or their solicitor’s office, we are also happy to accommodate that.
