Dr Philip Antino is the first person in the world to have undertaken doctoral research into the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, he is a leading expert in this field. He is also the first person to have acted as an expert in a professional negligence case against a party wall surveyor.
Dr Antino is a leading expert with over 25 years of experience in acting as a single joint expert, or an expert on behalf of both claimants and defendants in a broad range of construction disputes and a full CV is available upon request.
