Mr Olufemi Eniola has been a consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist for over 10 years.

Mr Eniola undertakes expert witness instructions, including the preparation of medico legal reports and appearing in court, in clinical negligence cases relating to his specialist areas of expertise. These include:

• Antenatal care, medical disorders in Pregnancy including diabetes and haematological problems in pregnancy
• Complications of pregnancy, labour and childbirth
• He has prepared reports on cerebral palsy, birth trauma, birth injury and non-accidental injuries to infants
• Early pregnancy complications including ectopic pregnancy
• Colposcopy and issues related to consent in obstetrics and gynaecology

He is trained in different aspects of expert witness work, including report writing, courtroom skills and giving evidence in cross-examination.

Mr Eniola has written over twenty (44) medico-legal reports for claimants and defendants, as both single and Joint Single Expert (JSE).
