Mr David Wheatley is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years' experience. He is a Forensic Accountant expert witness specialising in consequential loss.

Mr Wheatley has completed over 200 expert determinations, loss reports and advisory briefings and has assisted with financial, commercial and other dispute cases being adjudicated in the High Court.

He is a founder member of the FCA s166 redress and consequential loss schemes.
