His academic and professional qualifications include a postgraduate Master’s degree in Psychology from the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience (IoPPN) at King’s College London, where he completed his training in Neurological and Pharmacological Substance Addiction. In 2015 He completed the International Clinical TMS Certification program at Maastricht University (UM), as a Certified Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and tDCS practitioner. Additionally, He completed his doctorate (DClinPsy) in Clinical Psychology and Neuroscience in the United States, publishing a study for Assessing the Impact of tDCS Treatment Over the Dorsolateral Prefrontal Cortex (DLPFC) on Social Communication in Children with ASD: A Survey of Family Experiences.

He provided support in his field of expertise to many municipalities, primarily Harringay, Hackney, and Enfield. Additionally, He completed training in Mora Bioresonance (Quantum frequency technology) therapy for smoking, alcohol, and substance addiction and, with the title of Bioresonance Practitioner, treated over 3,000 adults for substance addiction using a combined treatment method (Neuromodulation TMS + Quantum Frequency therapy + Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) that I developed in 2018.
He developed a scientific method called, “QPAN® Therapy”, QEEG-guided Personalised AI based Neuromodulation Therapy, this is an advanced therapeutic system, using QEEG functional brain map guidance supported with Neuromap® Artificial intelligence driven technology and TMS or tDCS neuromodulation treatment for individuals with special needs, targeting for Neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs) such as, Autism spectrum, Learning Difficulties, Epilepsy, Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, OCD, neurological pain, stroke, and Addiction, substance misuse. since 2018, developed and registered by Dr. Alptekin Aydin®, QPAN® has been successfully applied to over 5,000 users with a success rate of 70-85%.
QPAN® integrates QEEG brain scan technology with Neuromap® Artificial intelligence driven holistic brain function mapping, and comprehensive neuromodulation protocols with individualised AI based therapy, education, sports, and nutrition programs. This comprehensive approach ensures that each patient receives personalized care tailored to their specific neurological and physiological needs.
He is also the founder and administrator of a private Facebook group with over 8,500 active families worldwide, who already had theır treatment or contınue the treatment, using QPAN® Model and sharing their experiences.

These reports are presented to courts, as well as to institutions such as the Home office and local municipalities. He provides explanations of the results from the functional maps in response to appeals and prepare medico-psychological reports detailing individuals' psychological conditions and the problems they face.

Advanced Functional Brain Mapping via Quantitative EEG and Standardised Low-Resolution Brain Electromagnetic Tomography (sLORETA), Augmented by AI-Driven Insights
Our clinic provides comprehensive expert witness services specialising in advanced functional brain analysis through Quantitative EEG (qEEG) combined with Standardised Low-Resolution Brain Electromagnetic Tomography (sLORETA). This cutting-edge, AI-augmented neuroimaging technology allows us to scientifically evaluate cognitive and neurological function, accurately identifying impairments related to trauma, accidents, learning difficulties, and memory issues.
In legal contexts, our assessments have proven invaluable for clients pursuing accident claims. By objectively measuring brain function, we scientifically demonstrate whether trauma or neurological injury is present, directly correlating such findings with the event or accident in question. This robust evidence strengthens claims and clarifies complex medical and legal issues.
Additionally, our brain mapping assessments effectively assist immigration cases, notably supporting individuals preparing for the Life in the UK and B1 English language examinations. By objectively identifying and documenting genuine cognitive, learning, or memory-related difficulties, we provide concrete, verifiable evidence to support exemption requests or special considerations during immigration processes.
Our expert reports have successfully supported cases in collaboration with prominent law firms and are recognised and utilised by courts, the Home Office, and various authoritative bodies across the UK.
