Dr Sam Creavin is an experienced general practitioner. He can provide an expert opinion in civil proceedings on matters relating to alleged medical negligence or breach of duty in the care provided by GPs. He is a GMC approved GP Trainer, is on the GMC Expert Witness panel, and also completes reports for NHS Resolutions. He completes 1-2 reports per week: over 100 in the past two years. He returns reports within 4-6 weeks.
Dr Creavin’s scope of practice includes work in both the in-hours and out-of-hours settings including in a senior role providing support and advice to other clinicians on shift. He is the senior partner at a semi-rural practice of 5,500 patients and is also a GP trainer.
