Based in Sandberg's Consultancy Department, Eur Ing Simon Clarke is responsible for providing technical consultancy services, much of which involves some form of litigation in both the Civil and Criminal Courts.

Eur Ing Clarke has experience of providing expert evidence for civil and criminal cases both in the UK and internationally. This includes CPR compliant expert reports and provision of oral evidence in various legal forums, including Courts, Arbitrations and Adjudications.

His specialist areas of expertise include:

• • Historic structures & materials: bronze, cast iron & wrought iron

• • Marine failures: quayside structures & vessels
