Mr Duncan Cuthill is a Master Mariner with over 30 years experience in marine consultancy within the oil and gas sector, following a 16-year seagoing career on a variety of vessels including general cargo, LPG tankers, RoRo, offshore diving and construction and drilling rigs.
Mr Cuthill provides expert witness services related to the maritime and offshore energy sectors in the areas of personal injury, general marine operations, compliance, assurance and loss prevention.
