Mr Matthew Bosley is a Chartered Engineer specialising in MEP (Building Services) with varied experience across all stages of a project lifecycle, from early concept design through to on site installation and handover. He has experience working on a wide range of projects from small fit-outs to major infrastructure projects such as airports and metro systems.
Mr Bosley leads Hoare Lea’s Expert Services team in the Middle East, which provides independent expert services for MEP related construction disputes alongside Hoare Lea's highly respected Expert Witness Group in the UK, as well as local project advice and concept level design services from the company's base in the UAE.
His specialist areas of expertise include:
Mr Bosley has drafted various expert reports, reply reports and joint statements in addition to attendance at hearings (both in person and virtual), participation in expert discussions, and provided oral testimony under cross-examination.
His strengths include understanding and quickly identifying the key technical issues behind disputes, providing thorough analysis in an efficient manner and explaining technical MEP matters clearly to a non-technical audience to assist Client and Counsel.
