Arboriculturalist, Horticulturist & Japanese Knotweed Surveyor
Mr Jason Harker has been eradicating Japanese Knotweed for over 20 years and was one of the first five people in the UK to become a PCA Certified Surveyor. Therefore, he has the experience needed to deal with any breakout of the invasive weed.
As managing director of ProHort Ltd, Mr Harker is well-equipped to advise clients on the best courses of action, providing tailored solutions that combine his deep understanding of ecology and horticulture with practical, actionable advice.
He has over 25 years of horticultural experience and over 10 years experience completing arboricultural surveys, with all reports being completed to BS5837:2012 standards.
Mr Harker has undertaken expert witness instructions for over five years, including the preparation of Part 35 compliant expert reports and giving evidence in court, in cases relating to all of these areas of expertise.
He can act on behalf of either claimant or defendant or as a Single Joint Expert.
