Mr Jonathan Park is a Consultant Ophthalmologist (Ophthalmic Surgeon) with over 10 years of experience as a Consultant (NHS and private). He holds the Expert Witness Certificate from Cardiff University Bond Solon (CUBS) and maintains medico-legal CPD with attendance at courses and conference.
Mr Park’s medico-legal work includes receiving instructions as an Expert Witness by Claimants and Defendants in clinical negligence (ophthalmology) and personal injury (non-surgical ocular trauma) cases. He can receive instructions for cases based anywhere within the UK, however if examinations are required these typically will be based in the South West (at the Nuffield Health Taunton Hospital).
Specialist areas: Ophthalmology, medical retina (macula), surgical retina (vitreo-retinal surgery), cataract surgery and ocular trauma / whiplash.
