Dr Simon Prangnell is a consultant clinical neuropsychologist with extensive experience undertaking assessment and treatment of adults with acquired, progressive and developmental neurological conditions and injuries including:
Dr Prangnell accepts instructions in civil, criminal and family law cases. He also completes complex mental capacity assessments for proceedings in the Court of Protection including decisions related to finance, care, residence, social contact and LPA.
He has given oral evidence in Court and participated in case conferences. He accepts instructions on behalf of either claimant or defendant, or as a Single Joint Expert.
His clinic is based in London but assessments can be arranged at other locations (including home visits) where required.
