Charles Kingsley-Evans is an acknowledged expert in property matters. After obtaining an MA in Modern History and Modern Languages (with a special paper on English Architecture) at the University of Oxford, he became a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He has experience in property, going back nearly 40 years and is an RICS Registered Valuer. He can carry out a wide variety of valuation and other surveying missions, including Probate valuations.
Mr Kingsley-Evans has held senior roles in several major international surveying firms and in the public sector (in national and local government, including the Valuation Office Agency and the Ministry of Justice), where he exercised quasi-judicial authority. He has in-depth experience of a range of property markets, covering residential, commercial and land assets.
Mr Kingsley-Evans is fully qualified as an Arbitrator, with a Level 5 Diploma in Arbitration. He regularly provides Expert Witness reports for the resolution of property disputes of various types.
Mr Kingsley-Evans is happy to provide valuation and general property advice for clients in Devon, Cornwall, the Thames Valley (Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire), East Anglia (Suffolk and Norfolk) and Central London. Other locations can be covered by prior arrangement.
Mr Kingsley-Evans was based in France for a number of years and has worked in property markets across Europe. He has professional-standard language skills, including bilingual French and a good working knowledge of Spanish. He has undertaken a vast number of translation missions of many different types and also served as a conference interpreter for major corporate clients.
