Anna Kwartz has been an optometrist for over 30 years and has 15 years experience in optometric medico-legal work
Anna has a reputation for being thorough and assiduous and for a rapid turnaround of reports and correspondence. She has written over 450 reports. Screening reports are also available.
Anna is a registered independent prescriber who works as a high street optometrist and also as a specialist hospital optometrist, so can comment on a wide variety of cases including glaucoma, retinal detachment, macular degeneration, brain tumours, paediatric examination and contact lenses.
Mr Jeffrey Kwartz MB ChB DO FRCS FRCOphth
Jeffrey Kwartz has been a consultant ophthalmologist at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust for over 25 years. He is a general ophthalmologist with a sub-specialism in complex corneal and cataract surgery.
Jeff is happy to write breach of duty and causation, condition and prognosis reports on a wide variety of eye diseases including keratoconus, cataract, keratitis, contact lens-related problems and ocular trauma. He has many years experience as an expert witness and is happy to write screening reports if required.
