Professor Rotimi Jaiyesimi has been in medicolegal practice for over 30 years. He undertakes expert witness instructions from Claimants and Defendants and acts as Single Joint Expert. He prepares medico-legal reports and gives evidence in courts in clinical negligence cases in his areas of expertise. These include:
