Mr Mamoon Alyah is the founder and managing director of CEERISK Consulting Ltd with over 35 years of experience in electrical engineering, forensic investigation and risk consulting. He is a Chartered Engineer (UK), a licensed Professional Engineer (USA) and a Certified Risk Management Professional, holding an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

He has led technical investigations into electrical failures, fire incidents and infrastructure damage across multiple jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, Iraq, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates and Canada.

Mr Alyah provides expert analysis and reporting for insurance claims, regulatory compliance and legal proceedings. His work integrates hands-on engineering knowledge with strategic risk insight, serving energy providers, insurers, legal teams and industrial clients.

His areas of expertise include:

• Electrical and mechanical failure investigations
• Fire and explosion origin and cause analysis
• Arc flash, short circuit, and HV system assessments
• Risk surveys for power plants, substations, and industrial facilities
• Technical reporting for insurers and legal representatives
