As an expert in housing pathology, with 30 years’ experience in providing CPR Part 35 compliant expert witness reports in housing disrepair cases, Dr Aaran Marriner-Clark fully conversant with all statute that is involved in disrepair cases, including Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 Section 11, Defective Premises Act 1972, Environmental Protection Act 1990 and Housing Act 2004.
Dr Marriner-Clark has extensively dealt with areas such as rodent infestations, mould and dampness, structural defects, plumbing and venting pipes, rotten defective windows and doors.
He is the only BMS accredited black pin mould housing pathology expert in the UK and is President and Fellow of the National Institution of Black Mould Experts.
His reports also contain high quality annotated images and a fully priced Scott Schedule detailing quantum.
Dr Marriner-Clark can take instructions on behalf of either claimant or defendant or as a Single Joint Expert.
