Gary Jackson

Director Gary Jackson, specialises in boundary related matters and is a trained Expert Witness.

He has been a Land Surveyor for over 40 years and a corporate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1998.

In 2011 he was awarded the Legal Experience Training Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence (LETAPAEWE) accredited by Edexcel at a level 7 (master’s level) BTEC and approved by the RICS and completed the additional module in relation to Expert Witness Meetings in 2017.

Gary has extensive survey experience within the public and private sectors and has provided numerous surveys for government, educational and financial institutions, as well as a broad range of commercial clients including Architects, Engineers, Developers, Solicitors and other professional consultants, such as Party Wall Surveyors and Right of Light Consultants.

Since July 2018 Gary has been a member of the RICS Boundaries and Party Wall Working Group and since June 2020 has been a member of the Academy of Experts.
